Pregnancy Tests

Gebelikte yapılan testlerFirst interview: Complete blood count, TSH, ft4, ALT, AST, BUN, Creatinine, 25 oh vit d, vit b12, complete urinalysis, urine culture, HBSag, antiHVC, antiHIV, VDRL, TORCH

2nd interview 7-8 weeks: Fetal heartbeat, sac location assessment

3rd interview 11-12 weeks: Dual test (NT measurement + B-HCG and PAPP-A assessment in blood) (combined first trimester screening test)

4th visit 16-18 weeks: Quadruple test (AFP, hCG, estriol, inhibin alpha in blood) +ultrasound early fetal anomaly screening, assessment of placental location, fetal biometry

5th interview 20-22 weeks: Level 2 fetal anomaly screening with detailed ultrasonography

Interview 6, week 24-25: OGTT 75 GR,

7th interview 28th week: Rhogam application, ultrasonographic examination if Rh incompatibility is present

8th appointment: 32nd week: Routine blood tests + complete urinalysis, ultrasonographic examination

9th interview 34th week: ultrasound examination

10th interview: 36th week: Group B streptococcal screening with cultures from vagina, rectum and urine, NST, fetal biometry with ultrasonography

Weekly NST monitoring between 37-40 weeks, fetal biometry and amniotic fluid measurement by ultrasonography

After 40 weeks, NST monitoring every other day
